我做半导体和 IT。看问题的方式是先拆到底层约束 —— 物理上限在哪、成本结构是什么、哪一步真正决定结果 —— 再从那里往上重建，而不是从别人的结论往下套。
I work in semiconductors and IT. My way of approaching a problem is to take it down to its constraints — where the physical ceiling sits, what the cost structure really is, which step actually decides the outcome — and rebuild upward from there, rather than starting from someone else's conclusion.

Which is why "everyone does it this way" and "he has more years in" don't move me much. Those aren't evidence. Reproducible measurements, predictions that can be falsified, and designs that hold up under real constraints are. Thinking a thing through usually costs far less than getting it wrong.
